Vendor Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist (Day/Mid Shift - Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor supply chain for clinical trials, including selection and contracting of vendors
• Ensure compliance with company practices, client requirements, and regulatory standards
• Manage financial oversight of vendor costs and develop contingency plans for risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management, or Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Vendor Management
• At least 2 years of experience in leading teams or mentoring junior colleagues
• Experience working with international vendors is preferred
• Knowledge of GxP and import/export regulations is beneficial
