Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the construction draw inspector panel, including recruitment and onboarding of inspectors
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with documentation and performance standards
• Communicate updates regarding inspector panel status to internal teams and management

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in vendor management, recruitment, or a related administrative role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to adapt to changing conditions
• Knowledge of the construction industry or inspection services is a plus
• Comfortable with software tools relevant to the role
