Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with outsourced BPO vendors for Customer Service and Content Moderation
• Track and report vendor performance metrics and prepare review reports with insights
• Coordinate with internal teams on workflow updates and ensure compliance with data protection policies

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate or graduated within one year, holding a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong interest in the gaming industry, operations management, or customer service
• Data sensitivity and analytical skills; proficiency in SQL or experience with data tools is a plus
• Organized and adaptable with a passion for player experience and community well-being
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly preferred
