Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of the Vendor Management program and keep accurate records in the vendor management system
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing vendors, escalating findings as necessary
- Assist with vendor performance reviews and contract renewals, addressing any delivery or performance issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in vendor management or compliance-related activities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and relevant role-specific software
- Experience in a financial service or regulated industry is preferred
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence effectively
