Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance of the Vendor Management program and keep accurate records in the vendor management system
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing vendors, escalating findings as necessary
  • Assist with vendor performance reviews and contract renewals, addressing any delivery or performance issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in vendor management or compliance-related activities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and relevant role-specific software
  • Experience in a financial service or regulated industry is preferred
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence effectively
