Vendor Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist to enhance client experience related to eCommerce products.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company in customer retention and account optimization for eCommerce offerings
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to improve vendor delivery processes and reduce churn
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to implement strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or sales
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines
• Emotional intelligence for effective communication and consensus-building
• Floral industry experience is preferred but not required
