Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist to support vendor onboarding and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute vendor onboarding and maintenance activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor vendor master data and support cross-functional vendor issue resolution
  • Assist with vendor contract administration and maintain vendor performance documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience totaling 3 years
  • Experience with vendor onboarding or supplier administration is preferred
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, or Compliance processes
  • Experience supporting contracts, audits, or regulatory documentation is preferred
