Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Specialist to support strategic procurement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administrative procurement process including document retention, supplier contracts, and vendor onboarding
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of a contract and order management system
  • Conduct research on potential vendors and market trends to identify pricing
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain, procurement, or business may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
  • Basic knowledge of procurement and contracting processes
  • Basic understanding of ERP, P2P, SRM, and CMS systems in the procurement space
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience in project management and familiarity with SharePoint and Asana is a plus
