Job Summary

A company is looking for a BPS Vendor Management professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic sourcing and vendor relationship strategies for assigned vendors
• Oversee the selection, acquisition, and monitoring of contractual agreements for Business Operations
• Negotiate service level agreements and drive partnerships with vendors to optimize service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related experience in Operations with vendor relationship management
• Proven history in vendor relationship management or ownership
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret vendor contracts
• Experience in negotiating and tracking contract spend
• Capability to guide and drive staff on value maximization
