Vendor Management Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Manager of Global Vendor Partnership, the full-time remote Vendor Management Specialist will manage vendor relationships, oversee contract renewals and terminations, and track vendor performance and spending.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee contract pipeline for renewals and terminations while ensuring timely communication with suppliers
• Conduct regular business partner reviews to assess supplier performance and address any issues
• Onboard new supplier contracts and provide guidance on contractual terms to internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Demonstrable post-deal contract management experience, particularly with IT contracts
• Proven ability to influence peers, vendors, and stakeholders effectively
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends for performance improvement
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently within time constraints
• Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of financial and business principles
