Vendor Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Supervisor, US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and maintain relationships between National Operations and vendors/partners, ensuring successful vendor management implementations
• Establish and maintain national agreements, tracking and evaluating vendor performance for assigned implementations
• Negotiate contracts, troubleshoot vendor issues, and collaborate with IT to manage vendor access to systems

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience managing the vendor lifecycle for multiple vendor partners preferred
• Experience in high-volume sales or process-heavy service operations environment
• Experience driving measurable improvements in service levels and cost optimization initiatives
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
