Vendor Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Directing the activities of Vendor Management Specialists, the full-time remote Vendor Management Supervisor will implement and manage processes for selecting, monitoring, and assessing third-party vendors in mortgage operations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Vendor Management staff, setting performance expectations and fostering a collaborative team culture
• Monitor and assess compliance of third-party vendors with regulatory and company policies, addressing issues promptly
• Oversee vendor onboarding and termination processes, ensuring adherence to established policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five or more years of experience in mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance, or vendor management
• A minimum of three years in a lead or supervisory role managing a team
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating and enforcing vendor contracts and service level agreements
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio
