Job Summary
To support vendor operations, the full-time remote Vendor Management Support will manage vendor performance audits, facilitate access for vendor employees, and ensure compliance with security protocols while providing user support across various applications.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine audits of vendor performance reports and distribute findings to vendors
- Request and maintain access for CBO vendor employees, ensuring timely support and communication
- Manage security requests and assist users with software and hardware issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of computer and hospital business office experience required
- Knowledge of billing processes and software applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other software applications
- Ability to use 10-key by touch
