Job Summary

To support the Vendor Management team, the part-time Closing Agent Vendor Management Team Member will maintain a compliant vendor database, recruit new vendors, and resolve vendor concerns while working remotely during specified hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard new qualified vendors into the database
  • Maintain professional relationships with vendors and ensure adherence to company processes
  • Update vendor profiles, including county coverage areas, products, and fees as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic knowledge of Excel; familiarity with VLookup, formulas, and pivot tables is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized
  • Ability to recognize and address problems outside standard regulations and guidelines
  • Must be able to work overtime if needed and multitask effectively
