Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Manager to oversee operational efficiency and vendor relationships across offshore support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for offshore operational activities and ensure service quality and process accuracy
• Manage onboarding for new markets and oversee the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Coach and develop offshore teams while monitoring performance to meet established KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in operational oversight and vendor management
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of the insurance industry
• Ability to manage and develop teams effectively
• Experience with process improvement and workflow management
• Familiarity with automation initiatives and system troubleshooting
