Vendor Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new vendors and manage documentation such as SOWs, agreements, and NDAs
• Evaluate and monitor vendor performance, ensuring SLAs are met
• Facilitate performance review meetings and oversee vendor fulfillment and dispute resolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in vendor/relationship management
• 3+ years of experience in financial/mortgage/title preferred
• Good understanding of title insurance and title clearing
• Superior analytical and critical thinking skills
