Job Summary
To support client operations, the full-time remote Vendor Manager will manage vendor relationships, oversee project transitions, and implement new services while ensuring seamless communication between brokers, consultants, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Request and review historical files from clients and advisors, and host TPA implementation meetings
- Coordinate eligibility testing, claims extracts, and manage data sharing policies with vendors
- Troubleshoot vendor issues and suggest improvements to vendor management processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 3 years of vendor management experience with external clients preferred
- Knowledge of the PBM or healthcare industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic PC skills
- Commitment to compliance program objectives and respectful interaction with colleagues
