Vendor Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Vendor Manager working remotely, the successful candidate will manage the selection, onboarding, and performance of clinical study vendors, ensuring they align with Castor's quality and information security standards while supporting Sales and Professional Services teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support vendor identification, selection, onboarding, and management across various clinical study services
• Collaborate with internal teams to equip the commercial team with necessary knowledge and materials for vendor services
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to review vendor contracts and ensure adherence to regulations and service agreements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in vendor management or account management within the SaaS, Life Sciences, or eClinical industry
• Working knowledge of the clinical research industry and eClinical systems like EDC and eCOA
• Strong operational acumen with a practical understanding of process improvement and contract negotiation
• Detail-oriented organizational skills for tracking vendor quotes and assisting with cost estimates
• Relevant understanding of clinical guidelines such as ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
