Vendor Manager

Job Summary

To support Customs and Border Protection Inspection Technology programs, the full-time remote Vendor Manager will manage financial program execution, oversee vendor management, and ensure the effective use of resources for maintenance, logistics, and relocation services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day financial guidance and leadership, ensuring accurate financial execution and reporting
• Establish and maintain regular vendor meetings, perform quarterly reviews, and generate monthly status reports
• Plan, direct, and coordinate financial activities across the program while ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent
• 3+ years of financial management experience
• 3+ years of personnel management experience
• Successful completion of a CBP Background Investigation (BI)
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
