Job Summary
To support Customs and Border Protection Inspection Technology programs, the remote Vendor Manager will oversee financial execution and vendor management, ensuring compliance and quality in maintenance, logistics, and relocation services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day financial guidance and leadership, including accurate financial reporting and vendor payment processing
- Establish and maintain vendor meetings, perform quarterly reviews, and generate monthly status reports
- Coordinate financial activities across the program, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and security requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent
- 3+ years of financial management experience
- 3+ years of personnel management experience
- CBP Background Investigation (BI) clearance
- Ability to successfully pass background and drug screening
