Vendor Manager
Job Summary
To support Customs and Border Protection Inspection Technology programs, the remote Vendor Manager will oversee financial program execution, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with maintenance and logistics services in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day financial guidance and leadership, ensuring accurate financial execution and reporting
- Establish and maintain vendor meetings, conducting quarterly reviews and performance evaluations
- Plan and coordinate financial activities across the program, including budgets, staffing, and risk mitigation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent
- 3+ years of financial management experience
- 3+ years of personnel management experience
- CBP Background Investigation (BI) clearance
- Ability to successfully pass background and drug screening
