Vendor Manager

Job Summary

To support Customs and Border Protection Inspection Technology programs, the full-time remote Vendor Manager will oversee financial program execution, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with operational budgets and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day financial guidance and leadership, ensuring accurate financial execution and reporting
• Establish and maintain regular vendor meetings and perform quarterly vendor performance reviews
• Plan and coordinate financial activities across the program, including cost management and compliance with safety and security requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent
• 3+ years of financial management experience
• 3+ years of personnel management experience
• Successful completion of a CBP Background Investigation (BI)
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
