Vendor Manager

Job Summary

To support Customs and Border Protection Inspection Technology programs, the remote Vendor Manager will manage financial program execution, oversee vendor management, and ensure compliance with operational budgets and logistics services on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day financial guidance and leadership, ensuring accurate execution and reporting of financial activities
• Establish and maintain regular vendor meetings and perform quarterly reviews, including performance measurements and feedback
• Plan, direct, and coordinate financial activities across the program, including monitoring operational budgets and staffing requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent
• 3+ years of financial management experience
• 3+ years of personnel management experience
• CBP Background Investigation (BI) clearance
• Ability to successfully pass background and drug screening
