Vendor Manager - ITSM Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Manager - ITSM Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the contractual, financial, performance, and relationship status of services provided by a Strategic Partner
• Facilitate governance processes, including contract compliance, invoice management, and issue escalation
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of contractual issues and maintain the Governance Library

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree desirable
• 3+ years of relevant experience in contract administration and project management
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in managing contract change processes and stakeholder relationships
• Detailed understanding of performance measures and organizational impact
