Vendor Manager Lead

Job Summary

Vendor Manager Lead, responsible for establishing and optimizing relationships with third-party vendors in a full-time remote position, overseeing performance management and ensuring compliance with service agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with vendors supporting data center systems
• Lead vendor performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor vendor compliance and track performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Seven to ten years of engineering experience or equivalent industry experience
• Five to seven years of supervisory experience
• Hands-on experience in data center/critical facility operations
• Moderate knowledge of manual trades such as carpentry and electromechanical repair
