Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Onboarding Manager to lead and develop a high volume outbound vendor onboarding team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Vendor Onboarding Specialists in an outbound calling environment
  • Own day-to-day performance management, including call volume and onboarding speed
  • Act as a liaison between the Vendor Onboarding team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and process flow
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience managing teams in phone-based, performance-driven environments
  • Strong people-management and coaching skills
  • Experience leading outbound, persuasion-based work
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
