Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Onboarding Specialist to support vendor sourcing, outreach, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and research service providers, log vendor information, and conduct outreach to explain subcontractor opportunities
• Support vendor compliance efforts and assist in issuing vendor agreements and tracking contract documentation
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets to track onboarding progress and compliance materials

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume phone-based outreach or vendor management
• Experience managing structured onboarding and compliance tasks
• Competent with spreadsheet tracking and structured workflow processes
• Experience working with contractors or service providers is preferred
• Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with recorded calls and performance tracking
