Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Operations Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor data transmissions and vendor performance metrics, documenting processes and tracking escalations
• Develop and implement strategies for file transfer and reconciliation, providing insights for leadership decision-making
• Maintain communication logs and serve as the primary contact for assigned vendors, ensuring strong relationships

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or vendor management
• Ability to research and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in handling large data sets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation when handling escalations or complaints
