Vendor Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the relationship between CommandLink and its vendors, the full-time remote Vendor Operations Analyst will manage vendor data within the Quote Tool, ensuring accuracy and generating insights to support sales and pricing strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain the Quote Tool and vendor information to ensure a single source of truth for all data
• Acquire and load vendor information into various platforms while keeping quoting setups up to date
• Analyze platform data to identify trends, build vendor scorecards, and report on key performance indicators

Required qualifications:

• Experience in sales or purchasing functions with strong Excel skills
• Hands-on analytical skills with the ability to work directly with platform data
• Commercial mindset for effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Proactive nature with a self-starter attitude in fast-paced environments
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate systems and tools
