Vendor Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the relationship between CommandLink and its vendors, the full-time remote Vendor Operations Analyst will manage the Quote Tool and vendor data, ensuring accuracy and generating insights to support sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Quote Tool, ensuring it contains accurate vendor and client information for a single source of truth
• Acquire and load vendor information into various systems, keeping quoting setups up to date
• Analyze platform data to identify trends, generate insights, and report on key performance indicators

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with sales and/or purchasing functions, along with strong Excel skills
• Hands-on analytical profile, comfortable working directly with platform data
• Commercial mindset, able to engage effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Proactive nature, demonstrating initiative in acquiring necessary information
• Self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments, preferably with startup or high-growth experience
