Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Operations Manager to oversee and enhance vendor partnerships in dispute operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor oversight for dispute and fraud workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Oversee day-to-day performance management of offshore BPO partners, including KPIs and reporting
  • Conduct audits and root cause analyses to identify gaps in dispute handling and operational errors
Required Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in vendor operations, dispute operations, or BPO management within fintech or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of Reg E and Reg Z, with familiarity in UDAAP and BSA/AML
  • Experience managing offshore BPO vendors with a focus on compliance and quality
  • Experience supporting multi-channel member operations, including phone and chat
  • Ability to build reporting and analyze performance trends across operations
