Vendor Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across vendor workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day operational excellence across assigned vendor workflows
• Monitor performance to maintain workflow stability and resolve routine issues
• Maintain documentation integrity, including SOPs and workflow documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in BPO, shared services, customer operations, or process-driven environments
• Proven experience supporting operational workflows or third-party vendor teams
• Hands-on experience with CRM or helpdesk systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
• Solid understanding of performance metrics, including SLAs and CSAT
• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and own operational outcomes
