Vendor Oversight Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Oversight Lead to manage third-party vendors in mortgage servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor performance and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual standards
• Conduct regular vendor meetings and produce performance scorecards
• Assist in the development and implementation of the Servicing Vendor Management Program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of prior vendor implementation and/or management experience
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage or financial services technology
• Experience with regulatory assessments and compliance plans
