Vendor Performance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Performance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts assessment and monitoring of vendors to ensure compliance with contract and quality standards
• Prepares reports on vendor performance and develops corrective action plans as needed
• Identifies systemic issues and collaborates with management to enhance vendor performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in an operations/processing position
• 3+ years of analytical and data processing experience
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
