Vendor Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage third-party program relationships with Delegation partners for performance management and financial responsibility
• Track, analyze, and report on vendor performance, creating and managing vendor scorecards and correction plans
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance, effective communication, and optimal vendor performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience working with Primary Care Providers and account management in healthcare or a related field
• Able to present to executive-level teams at delegated entities
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and performance metrics
• Knowledge of compliance policies and state contract guidelines
