Vendor Performance Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing vendor performance and governance, the full-time Remote Vendor Performance Manager will manage relationships with third-party vendors supporting the Medicare Advantage health plan, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, facilitating regular business reviews and resolving operational issues
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct performance reviews to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage vendor-related risks while supporting contract negotiations and financial oversight

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, healthcare operations, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Experience managing vendor relationships and performance metrics
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills
• Exceptional analytical abilities and stakeholder management experience
