Job Summary

To support vendor recruitment efforts, the part-time Vendor Recruiting Coordinator will conduct outreach to expand the vendor network, influence applications, and negotiate contract terms, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit and expand the vendor network to ensure adequate coverage for client order fulfillment
  • Influence vendors to submit applications for service provision
  • Negotiate contract terms with new vendors and obtain expired documentation to maintain eligibility
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior high volume calling experience
  • Knowledge of valuations and/or mortgage servicing processes
  • Computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Internet research
  • Ability to build relationships with co-workers and vendors while working independently
