Vendor Relations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Relations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and verify the accuracy of invoices, deductions, and paybacks
• Process invoices and monitor vendor debit balances, participating in monthly merchant meetings
• Engage in root cause identification of vendor issues and assist with research resolution for invoice exceptions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of comprehensive understanding of accounts payable processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience with accounts payable systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Understanding of basic accounting processes
