Vendor Relations Coordinator

Job Summary

Vendor Relations Coordinator, a full-time remote position responsible for supporting day-to-day collaboration between onshore teams and offshore vendor partners in Revenue Cycle Management services, ensuring smooth onboarding, access management, and operational alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and offshore vendor partners, supporting onboarding and operations
• Manage user access across revenue cycle systems and assist in troubleshooting workflow issues
• Support training and documentation efforts to ensure process adherence and operational readiness

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows
• Experience coordinating offshore or global vendor teams
• Familiarity with RCM systems, payer portals, or workflow tools
• Ability to independently identify and resolve operational issues
• Experience supporting RCM operations for ambulatory surgery centers or physician practices
