Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Relations Manager to manage third-party program relationships and ensure performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage direct account responsibilities including scheduling meetings and documentation
• Share monthly SLA performance dashboards with delegated entities and address performance issues
• Oversee special projects and ensure accurate and timely payments for care management services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in healthcare or related field, specifically with Primary Care Providers
• Account management experience with the ability to present to executive-level teams
