Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Relations Manager who manages third-party program relationships and ensures performance management standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage direct account responsibilities, including scheduling meetings and documentation with delegated entities
• Provide monthly SLA performance dashboards and address performance issues with delegated entities
• Oversee special projects and ensure timely and accurate payments for care management services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in account management or working with Primary Care Providers in healthcare
• Able to present to executive-level teams at delegated entities
