Vendor Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Relations Manager to manage third-party program relationships and ensure effective performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage direct account responsibilities including scheduling meetings and documentation with delegated entities
• Share monthly SLA performance dashboards and address any performance issues with delegated entities
• Oversee special projects and ensure timely and accurate payments for care management services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Five plus years of experience in account management or working with Primary Care Providers in healthcare
• Experience presenting to executive-level teams at delegated entities
• Ability to manage complex relationships and communication with multiple stakeholders
• Proven track record in performance management and oversight of care management services
