Vendor Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Relationship Manager who will manage a portfolio of external vendors to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring excellent service delivery and building strong vendor partnerships
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the health of the vendor portfolio to identify enhancements that drive revenue and margin improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and facilitate integrations while managing vendor catalog hygiene and optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Science
• 4+ years of experience in channel/vendor management or the lab supply industry
• Experience in supplier marketing, relationship building, and pricing negotiation
• Strong reporting capabilities, particularly with Excel, Salesforce, and BI Tools
• Demonstrated ability to resolve escalated vendor issues and maintain data integrity
