Vendor Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Managing key vendor relationships remotely, the full-time Vendor Relationship Manager will develop and optimize a network of vendor providers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key vendor relationships across an assigned portfolio of external service providers
• Develop and support vendor engagement strategies that align with business objectives and service needs
• Monitor the overall health, capacity, and effectiveness of the vendor network while identifying risks and service gaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of related experience
• Strong negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems
