Vendor Risk Analyst

Job Summary

To support vendor risk management initiatives, the contract Vendor Risk Analyst will conduct third-party vendor assessments, manage security-related communications, and ensure compliance with information security policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a security focal point, facilitating communication between various security teams and business units
• Conduct formal assessments of information security risks related to vendor partners and business projects, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions to promote data ownership and security awareness across the organization

Required qualifications

• Background in information security, ideally with a focus on vendor risk management
• Experience with GRC platforms, such as Archer, or similar tools
• Recent Master's degree with relevant internship experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assessments and communications
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization
