• Oversee vendor management services to ensure service quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
• Establish and standardize workflows while driving process improvements across Vendor Services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles
• Leadership experience in customer success, customer support, or service delivery
• Experience in a SaaS or business services environment
• 3+ years of management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or professional certification related to Vendor Management or Risk Management preferred
