Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and performance optimization across the Vendor Servicing program management organization
• Analyze CRM workflows and user journeys to identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability
• Lead training efforts for stakeholders during the rollout of new features and initiatives to ensure smooth adoption

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in financial services with at least 3 years of experience in CRM platforms
• Minimum 3 years of account servicing and client escalation management experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
• Expertise in optimization frameworks and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications for personalization and workflow automation
