Vendor Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Sourcing Specialist to support the Exteriors department by sourcing and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview, identify, and qualify new vendors; establish and grow relationships for high-quality service and advantageous pricing
• Negotiate pricing and service terms with vendors while maintaining margin requirements
• Analyze vendor opportunities and risks, and recommend resolutions to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Excellent Microsoft product skills, particularly with Excel and Word
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Experience in Facilities, Supply Chain, or Procurement preferred
• 3-5 years of customer service or related experience preferred
• Experience in setting up and leading meetings or planning remote business events
