Vendor Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Vendor Sourcing Specialist, a full-time remote position responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and contracting vendors while managing relationships and performance to support the Exteriors department.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview, identify, and qualify new vendors while establishing relationships to ensure high-quality service and pricing
• Negotiate pricing and service terms with vendors and ensure compliance with insurance and other requirements
• Analyze vendor performance and onboarding processes, recommending improvements and resolving complex issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• 3-5 years of customer service or related experience preferred
• Experience in Facilities, Supply Chain, or Procurement preferred
• High-level experience with Microsoft Excel and Word required
• Experience in setting up and leading meetings or planning remote business events required
