Vendor Strategy Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Vendor Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured customer success program for Vendor Pay
• Conduct financial analysis to optimize pricing and enhance Vendor Pay economics
• Refine KPI frameworks and prepare reporting to track business performance

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to model and interpret data
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and LLM tools is preferred
• Familiarity with payment processing, fintech, or BaaS concepts is a plus
• Experience building customer success or account management programs is a bonus
