Job Summary
Supporting vendor services teams, the full-time remote Vendor Support Assistant will manage daily traffic schedule reports, review open orders, and de-escalate vendor issues while working Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM PST.
Key responsibilities
- Review and update ship override orders and CRM sales contracts
- Process vendor onboarding documents and maintain vendor information
- Provide support to internal and external clients, handling inbound calls and troubleshooting issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in an appraisal management company (AMC) or banking environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and appraisal management processes
