Job Summary

Supporting vendor services teams, the full-time remote Vendor Support Assistant will manage daily traffic schedule reports, review open orders, and de-escalate vendor issues while working Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM PST.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and update ship override orders and CRM sales contracts
  • Process vendor onboarding documents and maintain vendor information
  • Provide support to internal and external clients, handling inbound calls and troubleshooting issues
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in an appraisal management company (AMC) or banking environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and appraisal management processes
